Figure-Ground Line Translation
For this project we had to take a photograph of an everyday object and then redraw it on a larger scale. We had to identify the figure vs. ground and draw horizontal lines with varying line weights every 1/16th of an inch down the paper. Dark, heavy lines represent the figure. My picture is of a few displaced bricks near a sidewalk.
