"Ocean"
The ocean is a whole new world
waiting to be discovered
No one knows
except the ocean's creatures
what treasures wait inside
With parades of fish
and a sea of salt water
the ocean is like the sky
"Why do they stay here?"
the sand might ask
"Because we must stay together,"
the ocean replies
and crashed against the sand
whispering stories about its life
"The Tiger"
The tiger jumps down from the hill
His hope
and lands in a sea of roses
His unhappiness
and scampers away from his dreams
Fishes swim down Moonstone creek
ignoring the treasure that most long to seek
The crabs look underneath rocks
Everyone is silent, no one talks
Dragonflies soar, looking up above
A small green branch is carried by a dove
They finally give up, toads and one gup
when the sunset brings sorrow 'till tomorrow
"Up in the Hopeful Sky"
Up in the hopeful sky
cloud women dance
Doves fly with graceful speed
The horses stomp and prance
But farther up
stars twinkle bright
when the moon shows its face
to say "Good night"

"Alphabet poem"
A sun sinks in the sky
Before I can drift into sleep
Covering the walls
Darkness encompasses all
Evening has set in
Farther, beyond my garden gate
Grows the start of another`s morning
Home seems just a speck of sand
In the sea of flowing time
Just an hour will pass
Killing the new day`s morning meal
Lapsing into
Minutes upon minutes of
Never-ending waking
Over the oceans in foreign lands
People moving on but never
Questioning why
Rolling numbers of recorded figures
Stop for no man
Time exists always
Under my sheltering covers dreams
Visit me
Washing away my consciousness
eXtending the sphere of unreality
Young and old move as one
Zzzzz.....
A "Concrete" poem
A/3 + (M-2(2)^(1/2))-19^3 = (-(8)^(1/2)) + T/3 - 6,859 + H
A/3 + M -19^3 = T/3 -6,859 + H
A/3 + M = T/3 + H
M + A = T + H

People/Self
"Friends"
Is this the moment for goodbye?
Is this the time for sorrow?
Or is this the start of something knew
we believe in our hearts is tomorrow?
Alone we can do so well it seems
but when we all come together
we find there's no difference in our dreams
We can hold on to this forever
There's no goodbye to friends it seems
There's no goodbye forever
We'll see it through
We'll make it come true
It's all about sticking together
The world is a bitter place we know
and people in life will be parted
but joy comes from finding as we grow
we can go back to where we started
There's no goodbye to friends it seems
There's no goodbye forever
We'll see it through
We'll make it come true
It's all about sticking together
"Mother"
When I look back
To every time
You put a song
Into the day
I start to think
Of just how much
You cared
In every way
Your love for those
Whom to you dear
Is long
And gently flowing
A river through eternity
Forever deep
And glowing
"Guardian"
Beckon me, oh noble one
When my time has come to fight
I am guardian of your day
Maker of sweets in the night
Don't wave me away from tragedies
Stinging tears to the eye
Nothing shall bar myself to cease
Even if I should die
“On Becoming Myself”
One day I awoke
And didn't love anyone anymore
I cast aside my childish romance
That left me waiting at the door
Standing, waiting, rotting like time
That didn't matter anymore
One day I awoke
And didn't like reading anymore
I stripped the letters from volumes of pages
And threw my books to the floor
Searching, doubting, waiting for my own truth
To be revealed…no more
One day I awoke
And couldn't hear the bawdy people anymore
I made my tongue a sharp knife of thick slice
No longer a burdensome chore
No longer to watch, listen, submit to society
My mouth like a wrench no more
One day I awoke
And found myself no different than I was before
I stood on the edge of an imagined reality
And bounded the pelting waves of the shore
Leaping, triumphing, surfacing above
To come as the self I was before
…The same self I had been before
